ORDERS PLACED WILL BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER BETWEEN 9-5 AND HOLD A 3DAY FRIDGE SHELF LIFE

We will keep these FAQ’s updated regularly. Please bear with us. We are trying to do our best.

What are you doing to protect customers during the Covid-19 pandemic?

We are a small team cooking and delivering the meals ourselves, we are taking every precaution to keep us and you safe adhering to the highest cooking and hygiene standards. We have a 5* Food Hygiene Rating. https://ratings.food.gov.uk/business/en-GB/1076013/Baked-In-Brick-Wood-Lane

 How will you maintain social distancing when delivering to my house?

All orders will be left at the door step, we will ring your door bell or knock your door and we will step back at least 2m. If there is no answer we will call the number provided and if still no answer we will leave your order at the door unattended. The reason for this is due to guidelines for social distancing set forth by the government.

How will you maintain social distancing when delivering to my apartment?

If you live in an apartment we will follow the above process. However, we will not enter your building under any circumstances and again if there is no answer we will leave your order at your main door unattended.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, minimum order amount is £20 excluding delivery

Which area's do you deliver to?

We deliver locally to Birmingham on Fridays and Saturdays please input your postcode at the checkout to see if our local delivery can get to you. Deliveries are between 9am – 5pm. Unfortunately, we can’t give specific delivery times and at times delivery may be a little later then 5pm.

We also deliver nationally Friday and Saturday through DPD this is a tracked and timed service, orders must be placed before 10am the day before your required delivery day. This service can be used anywhere in the UK

Can I choose my delivery day?

When ordering please specify at the checkout which preferred delivery day you would like from the calendar. If using Apple Pay make sure you scroll to the correct delivery day before you click for the payment.

How long will the meals ordered keep for?

All our meals will arrive prepared, cold and hold a 3 day fridge shelf life. Your order will contain full re-heating and storage guidelines.
